| 摘 要： | 针对柴油机燃油系统的喷油量检测问题,搭建由试验台、喷雾室、摄像头、光源、采集卡和光控电路等组成的硬件平台,在给定喷油泵不同的转速和喷油压力下,进行对比试验;采集原始喷雾图像,用VC软件进行图像处理,得到像素灰度值;利用MATLAB软件进行精度分析,并参照标准数据库.得出喷油量、绝对误差、相对误差,分析影响测量精度的原因,并提出相应的补偿措施.
