| 摘 要： | 以某电子公司采购管理系统的开发为例，探讨了采购管理系统的设计方案与技术．该系统充分参考了原采购管理体系，成功地实现了采购的信息化．而且，该系统采用了Web服务技术，加强了与供应商的沟通，收到了良好的效果． |

| Abstract: | This paper explores the blueprint and technology of the purchase administrative system, taking the development of the purchase administrative system of an electronics corporation as example. This system is built on the basis of the original management methods, realizing the information based purchase. Moreover, adopting Web Service technology, the system strengthens communication with the supplier, and receives a good result. |
