| 摘 要： | 针对建设项目进度控制与管理,详细论述了进度计划编制的原则和方法、进度计划控制管理的职责分工及检查考核内容,分别对设计阶段、招标阶段、施工阶段的进度控制与管理要点进行了分析,提出了控制与管理的方法.就实际进度控制管理或当实际进度与计划进度比较出现偏差时,提出了控制与管理进度的对策和措施.
