当代住宅设计的深化与价值工程

本文从我国蓬勃发展的住宅产业化前景出发,以价值工程(价值分析)的方法探讨深化住宅设计的问题.内容涉及住宅产业化、建筑工业化、价值工程、住宅性能评价等问题.着重论述了价值工程是促进当代住宅设计深化、提高住宅性能、降低住宅成本的有效手段,并针对更新不适应的住宅设计与居住区规划的理论问题进行了初步探讨.

The Deepening and Value Engineering of Modern Residential Design

Starting from the prospect of the flourishing development of housing industry in China, the present article probes into the problem of deepening residential design in terms of value engineering(value analysis), covering residential industrialization, construction industrialization, value engineering, the appraisal of residential property and other problems. The article emphatically expounds that value engineering is an effective means to the promotion of deepening modern residential design, the heightening of residential property and the lowering of residential cost. It also makes a preliminary probation to the problems of renewing improper residential design and planning theory of residential district.
