北京市交通出行方式合理结构模式研究

通过对北京市主要交通出行方式的分析,认为北京市应大力发展公共交通这种可持续发展的交通方式,在此基础上对几种主要出行方式提出了如下观点:应构建多层次的公共交通运营及管理体系、小汽车不能成为未来发展的主导交通工具、自行车是北京不可缺少的交通工具、应对电动车的发展与定位进行研究、创造良好的步行环境,建立城市步行交通系统.最后根据北京市城市化进程的特点,分地区提出了北京市远期出行方式的合理结构以及在实现该目标时应注意的问题.

Study on Reasonable Pattern of Traffic Mode in Beijing

Through the study of main traffic mode in Beijing, public traffic should be devoted major efforts in Beijing. Besides this, the paper presents the following stands points: a system of multi operation levels and administrative levels of public traffic should be set up; car should not be the dominant traffic tool in the future; bicycle is absolutely necessarily traffic tool in Beijing; the development and function of electricity powered car should be studied and a better walking environment should be built in Beijing. At the last, the paper presents the reasonable pattern of traffic mode in Beijing.
