| 摘 要： | 督导制是高校整个教学管理上一个不可或缺的环节.不仅是科学评价教师的有效途径,在推动创新教育中也起到了指导作用.督导教师通过观察调研教学活动的全过程,讨论分析其优劣利弊,在此基础上就学校教学管理制度的建设和完善提出意见和建议,从而促进教学健康发展.

| Abstract: | The system of supervision is one of the indispensable links in teaching management of higher education.It is not only the scientific ways to assess the teachers effectively,but also the force to encourage innovation.Supervisors,by observing the whole process of teaching,discuss the advantages and disadvantages,propose advice and suggestions for the construction and perfection of the regulations of teaching management. |
