基于故障树的数控机床故障诊断系统研究

摘    要:通过对数控机床的故障实例分析,应用故障树模块分析算法,对Fanuc0i型数控车床的工作原理、故障现象进行定量分析;采用基于面向对象方法和专家知识的智能诊断方法,用Fussed法求解最小割集,把大型复杂故障树,分解为相对独立的多个子树;对数控机床典型故障建立了故障树,通过其最小割集进行故障定性分析,并将故障树分析法应用于故障诊断专家系统分析推理机制中。

Fault Diagnosis System for CNC Machine Tool Based on Fault Tree Analysis

Abstract:According to the analysis on CNC machine tool faults, a fault tree module analysis algorithm was used to quantitatively analyze the working principle and the breakdown phenomenon of Fanuc0i NC machine tool. Based on the object-oriented method and the expert knowledge intelligent diagnosis method, the smallest cut-set was obtained by the Fussed law,and the large-scale complex fault tree was decomposed into numerous individual subtrees. The fault tree was built for typical NC machine tool failure. Qualitative fault analysis was done through the minimum cut set, and the fault tree analysis algorithm was applied into expert system analysis inference mechanism for failure diagnosis.
