| 摘 要： | 当前，山西省民间组织虽然也有了一定的发展，但由于基础薄弱，远远不能满足社会需求。要改变这种情况，必须从增加其数量，改善其结构，提高其获取资源的能力，加强其管理，促进其开展活动方面着手。

| Abstract: | Though the nongovernmental organizations in Shanxi have also some developments, they are far from the social needs. To change this situation, it is essential to increase the amounts of organizations, improve its structure, and enhance its resource-finding ability. Moreover, strengthening the management and promoting its activity are also important. |
