水利水电工程投资方案排序与选择的模型研究

摘    要:水利水电工程投资项目优选包括方案排序与选择两个相关联的部分,根据该类问题特点,将其概化为“无约束方案排队问题”和“有约束方案选择问题”,并相应提出了基于层次分析和熵权的逼近于理想解排序模型与多目标模糊整数规划模型.实例研究表明,将方案选择的多目标决策问题分为两个步骤来研究是非常必要的,对方案优选进行多目标定量分析更是今后的发展方向.

Abstract:With an aim at hydraulic and hydroelectric engineering investment project involving a couple of logical correlated parts, this paper summarizes as non-restraint project lined up and restraint project selected which base on the characteristics of this kind of problems and puts forward an approach to ideal solution sequence model based on arrangement analysis and entropy weights and multi-objective fuzzy integer programming. By studying example, method mentioned summed up multi-objective project selected as a couple of study step which is very necessary,at the same time we also noticed that multi-objective quantitative analysis on scheme optimum selecting is development trend for the future.
