摘    要:研究了在固体颗粒冲蚀条件下 ,不同冲击速度、不同磨料尺寸等因素对等离子喷涂Al2 O3 陶瓷涂层冲蚀磨损率的影响 ,并在不同条件下与 2 0钢进行了对比试验 ,分析了等离子喷涂Al2 O3 陶瓷涂层的冲蚀磨损特性及磨损机理 ,提出等离子喷涂Al2 O3 陶瓷涂层具有脆性特征的冲蚀磨损特性 ,它适用于细磨料低速冲蚀磨损条件

Abstract:This paper researches the effect of the factors, such as different hitting speeds and different abradant sizes, on erosive wear rate of plasma spraying Al 2O 3 ceramic coating, in the condition of solid grain erosion, and comparative tests with 20 steel have been conducted.In different condition,it analyzes the erosive wear character and mechanism of the coating,states that plasma spraying Al 2O 3 ceramic coating has brittleness character and is applicable to the erosion condition of minute abrading and low speed.
