无催化剂条件下二氢吡啶酯还原醛亚胺的研究

摘    要:用二氢吡啶酯为还原剂,在无催化剂条件下对醛亚胺的还原进行了研究,考察了溶剂、温度、二氢吡啶酯与亚胺的摩尔比例以及添加剂对反应的影响。同时,在最优条件下对一系列N-芳基醛亚胺进行了还原,最高收率可以达到99%。

Abstract:In absence of any additional catalysts, reduction of aldimines with Hantzsch esters is studied in the paper. The effects of solvent, temperature, the ratio of Hantzsch esters and imines, the additives are investigated. Under the optimal conditions, a series of N-aromatic aldimines are reduced with Hantzscb esters. The isolated yield is up to 99%.
