高速逆流色谱仪中心轴传动系统动静态性能分析

摘    要:高速逆流色谱仪的中心轴传动系统是保证行星架高速旋转的重要载体,对整台仪器的稳定运行具有决定性作用。以该色谱仪的中心轴传动系统为对象,利用SolidWorks三维软件对其进行建模并合理简化,再导入有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench进行分析。根据仪器在实际运行中的工作情况,施加载荷及约束条件,进行静力分析和疲劳分析,求得中心轴的静态性能参数,验证了中心轴设计的安全性; 然后进行模态分析,求得传动系统的前6阶固有频率及对应的振型,有效避免了与电机的共振,验证了该系统设计的合理性。该分析对高速逆流色谱仪的高速稳定运行提供了保障,为后续进行高速逆流色谱仪整机的动静态特性研究与优化设计提供了参考。

Abstract:The central axis transmission system of HSCCC is an important carrier for ensuring high-speed rotating planetary frame, which plays a decisive role in the stable operation of the whole instrument. Taking the center axis of the chromatograph and its transmission system as the object, the SolidWorks three-dimensional software is used to model and simplify it and the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench is adopted to analyze.According to the working conditions of the instrument in the actual operation, the load and the constraint conditions, the static analysis and fatigue were anlyzed. The static performance parameters of the central axis were obtained, and the safety of the center axis design was verified.And the modal analysis was carried out to obtain the first 6-order natural frequencies and corresponding modes of the transmission system.The resonance with the motor was avoided effectively, and the rationality of the system design was verified.The analysis provided a guarantee for high speed and stable operation of HSCCC, which lays a foundation for the research and optimization design of the dynamic and static characteristics of the HSCCC.
