| 摘 要： | 针对高等院校科技管理人员的来源和队伍结构变化等问题，在高校科技成果转化研究１ ～４ 的基础上又讨论了继续教育的普遍性、长期性与迫切性，提出了继续教育的侧重点，以及继续教育实施的原则。 |
