摘    要:随着可再生能源的大量开发,可再生能源的不稳定与电网建设的滞后等问题导致了严重的弃风弃光现象,造成了大量资源浪费,带来了较为严重的经济损失。能源互联网的提出可有效解决大规模可再生能源的消纳问题,提高新能源利用率。在此背景下,文章提出以日前24 h区域经济效益最优为目标的区域综合能源优化模型,该模型引入电转气技术,并考虑目标区域的风电与负荷特性,将在满足区域电负荷后的富余风电转化为易存储的天然气,再将天然气卖给区域用户,若在满足区域气负荷的情况下还有富余气量,则将富余天然气转卖给燃气公司通过燃气管道送给用户,进而实现日前24 h区域经济效益最优。最后,仿真实验验证了电转气技术的消纳风电潜力及其可以带来的可观经济效益。

Abstract:With the extensive development of renewable energy, the instability of renewable energy and the lag of power grid construction lead to the serious phenomenon of abandoned wind and light, resulting in a lot of waste of resources and more serious economic losses. The proposed energy Internet can effectively solve the problem of large-scale renewable energy consumption and improve the utilization of new energy. This paper proposes a regional integrated energy optimization model with the objective of optimizing the economic benefits of the region 24 hours ago. The model introduces the power to gas technology, and considers the wind power and load characteristics of the target region, and converts the surplus wind power after satisfying the regional electric load into the easily stored natural gas, and then sells the natural gas to the regional users. Finally, simulation experiments result verify the potential of wind power absorption and the considerable economic benefits that it can bring us.
