| 摘 要： | 从土地利用现状变更调查的实际需求出发，提出了基于GPS-PDA的土地变更调查数据采集系统．分析了系统需求与目标，采用系统分析方法，讨论了基于软硬件一体化集成方式的GPS-PDA集成系统的构件组成、数据接口、数据格式、功能框架、数据转输与GPS数据差分解算方式，以及功能实现和一些关键的技术问题，为土地利用现状更新调查数据采集提供了一种新的技术思路．

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the practical needs, proposes a data collection system based on GPS-GIS in changed land usage surveying, and analyzes the requirements and goals of the system. Using the methods of systematic analyses, the paper also discusses the components, integration method, data interface, data format, data transfer, GPS data management, function realization and other key technology of the system. The result of the study provides changed land usage surveying with a new technological idea of data collection. |
