| 摘 要： | 根据肇源县中心抽水站改造工程工期紧,质量要求高,施工难度大的特点,工程监理采用了投资、进度、质量和安全集一体的控制管理模式,并紧紧围绕抓质量促进度这个中心任务强化控制措施,全方位进行监理工作,取得了较显著的效果.

| Abstract: | According to the rebuilding project features of the urgent project time limit,high quality demand,big construction difficulty degree of central water pump station in Zhaoyuan County,the synthetic control and management model of investiment,progress,quality and safety is adopted in project supervision and control.And basis on the central duty of improving quality and progress to strengthen control measure,omnidirectionally carrying on the supervision and control work.and makes an obvious effect. |
