| 摘 要： | 探讨了构建现代化水情信息服务系统的迫切性和必要性,重点分析了系统结构、功能及实现。系统利用SMS作为数据传输手段,基于Delphi环境开发实现了水情信息、水情预警信息、水情服务信息的自动发布,在实际应用中具有先进性、时效性的特点。

| Abstract: | The article emphasizes on the necessary and imminence to construct modern river situation information service system,and analyses its structure,functions and realization.The system using SMS as the transmitted measure,based on Delphi environment makes the automatic issue of the river situation information,river situation warning,river situation service information come true.This system has the advanced and effective characters. |
