FC料对氯离子渗透与抗碳化性能影响的研究

摘    要:通过氯离子渗透试验和碳化试验,研究了FC料对混凝土氯离子渗透性和碳化性能的影响.采用FC料等量取代36%的水泥,作为混凝土的组分,混凝土的抗氯离子渗透能力提高2.5倍以上,同期抗碳化能力提高10倍以上.使用FC料等量取代水泥,具有掺量大、性能好的特点,能够实现绿色高性能混凝土(GHPC)的目标.

Abstract:In the experiments of Cl--permeability and the anti-carbonation of concrete, the effect of FC-admixture on them has been studied. When 36% of cementis replaced by the same amount of FC-admixture which used as composition of concrete, the performance of anti-carbonation and Cl--permeability is greatly increased(they are more than 10 times and 2.5 times under the circumstance at same time).Its total amount is large and the quantility is excellent. Thus, the goal of Green High Performance Concrete can be reached by FC admixture.
