摘    要:运用数理统计方法,对2005年国内发生的危险化学品事故进行了统计,从生产、储存、运输、销售、使用等环节,分析了危险化学品事故发生的过程、不同类型危险化学品事故发生的特点及事故产生的原因、危险化学品事故发生的一般规律,介绍了危险化学品事故的特殊性和危害性.分析结果对提高危险化学品事故的预防预测技术、制定完善的事故防范对策和应急处置预案具有重要的现实意义.

Abstract:In this paper, massive dangerous chemical accidents were tidied by using the method of mathematical statistic in 2005. By linking aspect such as the production, storage, using, transportation and sale etc which carried on systemic analyzing, compared the characteristic with each dangerous chemical accident, and then analyzed the main reasons of the happen accident, promulgated rule and tendency that dangerous chemical accidents happened, emphasized the particularity and hazardous of dangerous chemical accidents, which could prompt production enterprises aware of importance in prevention and control the dangerous chemical accidents. The analysis result has vital significance to enhance the technique of forecasting and preventing the dangerous chemical accidents, establish perfect the countermeasure and emergency disposal plans for accident, and do well the safety in producing.
