城市路网畅通可靠度优化遗传算法

摘    要:基于交通系统阻塞发生的随机性,建立了城市道路畅通可靠度的基本概念,并提出了相应的评估方法。在一定的投资约束条件下,建立了以路网畅通可靠度最大为优化目标的路网优化模型,并通过单元重要度分析和遗传算法对模型求解,提供了城市路网优化策略。通过该模型得到的路网优化方案有助于城市路网的合理规划,并可确定亟需改善的道路单元,以缓解交通供需不足,从而保证城市路网的畅通有序。

Abstract:Based on the randomness of transportation congestion, the basic conception of the urban road unblocked reliability and corresponding assessment measure are proposed. Under a certain restraint conditions of investment, the road network optimization model with the road network unblocked reliability as the most optimized objective is established. Through the component importance analysis and genetic algorithm, the solution can be found and some optimization schemes are suggested for urban road network planning. The optimum schemes of road network obtained by the optimization model can promote the reasonable planning of urban road and relieve the traffic congestion.
