| 摘 要： | 为了对国外电子信息产品的技术性贸易壁垒进行预警,在详细分析我国电子信息产品技术性贸易壁垒产生条件的基础上,引入了模糊综合评判与证据理论,建立了电子信息产品技术性贸易壁垒的实施意愿和技术跨越难度预警模型,最后通过实例验证了该模型的有效性.

| Abstract: | In order to predict the technical barriers to trade of electronic information products,the paper builds forewarning models of the implementing willingness and technical difficulty on electronic information products based on the generating conditions of technical barriers to trade by the methods of fuzzy synthetic e- valuation and evidence theory.The efficiency of the model is validated by an example. |
