摘    要:根据厦门翔安海底隧道的设计要求和岩土条件,对该隧道的施工风险进行预测,针对海域风化深槽地段,加强地质超前探测、采用全断面帷幕注浆和辅助注浆、超前注浆小导管预支护、双侧壁导坑开挖方法、安装钻孔防突装置、钻孔快速注浆堵水和裂隙快速堵漏、浇注混凝土墙注浆防水,制定了较为详细的施工方案,为该类隧道安全施工提供一定技术支持.

Abstract:Based on the general situation and geology condition of the Xiamen Xiang'an sub-sea tunnel engineering, the paper has analyzed the risks in constructing the tunnel were analyzed. A detailed construction solution has been drawn for the tunneling of the sub-sea deep weathered rock troughs. The construction measures mainly include: to enhance prediction and investigation of geology; to adopt advanced technology of full face curtain grouting and supplementary grouting to tunneling; to use pre-supporting method by pre-grouting tubes in small diameter; to excavat by the method of double-side pilot heading, to install facilities outside the boreholes to prevent water emerging, and to pour concrete wall and prevent water by grouting. The solution has provideed technical basis for the safety construction of this kind of tunnel.
