宽厚钢板电磁起重系统的方案设计

摘    要:基于系统集成的设计思想,给出了宽厚钢板电磁起重系统的组成原理,介绍了该系统的总体设计与单元设计中的几个关键问题;重点论述了系统总体设计的约束条件、总体布局设计原则及其采取的措施、耐高温专用线性电磁铁的设计思路和电控子系统的工作原理;特别是在电磁起重技术领域引入了精确调磁的概念,并付诸于设计实践中;同时给出了一个总体分布实例及其电磁铁的设计结果。

Abstract:On the basis of the methodology of the system integration, this paper introduces the constitutive principle of lifting system of wide and heavy plate and the several key issues relevant to both the system configuration design and the unit design. Emphasis is made on the constraint condition of system design, the entire allocation design of magnets, the high-temperature-resistance special purpose magnet design and the work principle of electric control sub-system. Especially, in the field of electromagnetic lifting technology, the concept of precise adjustment of magnetic attraction is introduced for the first time and has been applied to design practice of lifting magnet.
