锂低硅铝比沸石交换母液中锂离子的回收Ⅰ——萃取工艺研究

摘    要:以磷酸三丁酯(TBP)和200#溶剂油的混合溶液为萃取剂,在协萃剂FeCl3的作用下,对Li-LSX分子筛交换后母液中的Li+(0.04 mol/L)进行了回收考察,系统研究了萃取时间、油水相比、酸度、温度、萃取剂浓度以及铁锂比和MgCl2浓度等因素对萃取过程的影响规律.结果表明,TBP对Li+有很好的萃取效果,萃取率可达到85%以上.最佳萃取条件为:c(Fe3+)/c(Li+)为4,c(MgCl2)为3~4 mol/L,TBP体积分数为40%~60%,温度为室温,萃取时间为10~15 min、pH值为2~3、油水相比为1∶1.
