摘    要:目的确定膜生物反应器处理洗车废水试验中膜生物反应器工艺流程适合的膜操作条件,分析操作条件与活性污泥悬浮液性质之间的关系.方法采用膜生物反应器试验装置,全面考察操作压力、曝气量、膜面流速对膜通量的影响.结果膜面流速影响着膜表面凝胶层的形成,并由此影响膜通量,增大膜面流速是抑制膜污染的有效手段;曝气量的增加能在膜的表面形成较大的错流速度,使污染物不易在膜表面积累,而且可以加快污染物在膜表面的脱离.但曝气量过大可能会导致污泥混合液中粒径减小,影响膜过滤;在停抽过程中,由于曝气和扩散作用,膜表面沉积的污染物会脱离膜表面而反向扩散,有利于污染物脱离膜表面.结论影响膜分离特性的因素很多,在MBR中存在着一个临界压力,所以设计膜生物反应器时,需选择合适的操作压力.

Abstract:Through the tests of the disposal of car-washing wastewater using membrane bioreactor(MBR),reasonable membrane operating conditions can be fixed in technological process of MBR,and the relation between operating terms and the characteristics of active mud suspension can be analyzed in theory.Adopting experimental configuration of membrane bioreactor,those influence of operating pressure,aeration intensity and membrane cross velocity on membrane flux are investigated systematically.Membrane cross velocity influences the forming of gelatin on membrane surface,and also influences membrane flux.Increasing the membrane cross velocity is an efficient way to abate pollutants on membrane.The increase of aeration intensity will form a big interleaving velocity,make the pollutants not subside on the membrane,and accelerate the separation of pollutants and membrane.But the increase of aeration intensity will lead to the decrease of mud granularity,influencing permeability of membrane.In the course of pumping,due to aeration intention and diffusion,the pollutants on the surface of the membrane will separate and counter-diffuse.It is in favor of the pollutants separating from membrane.There are many factors influencing membrane separation;it is confirmed that there is a critical pressure in MBR,so when designing MBR,operating pressure is a key parameter to be considered.
