摘    要:目的研究模卡式墙体的隔声性能.方法利用环境噪声学理论.结果采用双层90 mm粉煤灰陶粒混凝土加40~60 mm厚空气层能够取得良好的隔声效果.当入射声波频率为125Hz时,其隔声量为55 dB,共振频率为54 Hz,满足民用及普通公建要求.结论双层模卡式墙体结构由于中间空气层(或添加隔音材料)的作用提高了墙体的隔声性能,满足国家一级隔声标准.

Abstract:Energy saving assembly wall of modulus mortise type is a new system,which can save energy efficiently by heat preservation material between two wallboards.Assembled with two basic units,bar block with mortises and joint with tenons,the walls can be internal walls or non-bearing walls.The sound insulation of the assembly wall of modulus mortise type was discussed based on environmental acoustic theories.Double layer structure in mortised wall could improve the sound insulation because of middle air layer(or sound insulation material addition).As the incident frequency is 125Hz,sound reduction factor is 55dB and resonant frequency is 54Hz,which can meet the demands of civil architecture and public building.The mortised wall made of two layers 90mm lytag concrete with 40~60mm air layer in between could supply good sound insulation effect that meets the first level demand of national code.
