堆石混凝土技术在梁构件中应用的试验研究

摘    要:目的为了研究堆石混凝土技术在配筋结构中的应用.方法采用堆石混凝土的设计思想,分别以石块、废弃混凝土块和轻质材料作为大骨料进行配筋混凝土梁的浇筑.分别比较上述3种混凝土梁与自密实混凝土梁在不同破坏形式下的力学性能,对4根受弯梁和4根受剪梁进行试验研究.结果得到各种梁的裂缝发展规律,荷载一挠度曲线及极限承载力等力学性能指标,并进行简单的经济评价;自密实混凝土充填石块或者废弃混凝土块梁的抗弯、抗剪承载力均高于自密实混凝土梁,并且造价低廉;自密实混凝土充填轻质材料梁的抗弯承载力与自密实混凝土梁相近,抗剪承载力有一定程度降低并且降低幅度由轻质材料的堆积率决定.结论自密实混凝土充填石块或者废弃混凝土块梁可替换自密实混凝土梁应用于实际结构中;自密实混凝土充填轻质材料梁可以作为轻质混凝土应用于实际结构中.

Abstract:In this study,the designation idea of rock-filled-concrete(RFC) technology was introduced in beam structures by taking rock block,recycled-concrete block and lightweight materials as large scale aggregate,respectively.The mechanical properties of three kinds of concrete beams were compared with that of self-compacting concrete(SCC) beams in different failure modes in order to study the application of RFC technology in reinforced concrete structures.Four tension beams and four shear beams,which were made of four different types of concrete mentioned above respectively,were tested under static loading to investigate their mechanical properties,such as cracking characteristics,load-displacement curve and ultimate load capacities.The results suggest that the tension and shear capacities of RFC beams and recycled-concrete-filled-concrete(CFC) beams are not less than that of self-compacting concrete beams.Lightweight-material-filled-concrete(LFC) beam has a similar tension capacity and a smaller shear capacity,and the reduction of shear capacity depends on the proportion of lightweight materials in beam.It can be concluded that RFC and CFC can be used in the actual structures instead of SCC,and LFC can be used as lightweight concrete to meet some special needs in structures.
