基于Creator的分块技术研究与实现

摘    要:三维地形建模涉及到庞大的地形数据和纹理数据,如何将其快速调用显示一直是虚拟漫游系统的关键问题。文章研究了三维地形建模的分块地形和分块纹理技术,在Muhigen Creator中采用分块地形和纹理技术建立三维地形,给出分块纹理映射到分块地形上的方法,最后测试了三维地形在Vega中的载入速度和显示帧速率。测试结果表明,通过分块技术的应用,三维地形模型数据读取速度快,仿真效果真实流畅,有效提高了三维地形的栽入速度和实时显示帧速率。

Abstract:Three-dimensional terrain model related to the huge terrain data and texture data, how to call and show has been the key issues in virtual roaming system. In this paper, after studying the block technique of three-dimensional terrain and texture, by applying block of terrain and texture to build three-dimensional terrain model in Multigen Creator, a method is given to block texture mapping to block terrain, and tested the load speed and display frame rate of three-dimensional terrain in VEGA. The result shows that, through the block technology three dimensional terrain model data read quickly, simulation effect real smooth, effectively improve loading speed and real time display frame rate.
