| 摘 要： | 采用传统企业的管理方式和组织结构制造单件小批产品,在管理过程中经常存在许多问题。本文提出将项目管理中的WBS方法应用于此类生产模式,以单件小批钢结构产品制造管理为例,总结出单件小批钢结构产品WBS的构建方法、准则及其包含的各种元素,以便更有效地组织该类生产。

| Abstract: | Many problems constantly turn up in the management of the production process of make-to-order and discrete steel structure with traditional mode of management and organization.This paper proposes to introduce into this production process the WBS method which is mainly used in project management,and lays out the methods,rules and elements of applying WBS so as to organize this production more effectively. |
