摘    要:为了确立一种准确、快速、经济地定量分析玉米芯中主要化学成分(半纤维素、纤维素、酸不溶木素和灰分)的新方法,以国标法为对照,通过几种有效方法与新方法进行比较发现:新方法能够定量分析玉米芯中的主要化学成分;新方法在分析半纤维素、纤维素、酸不溶木素质量分数时,可以替代国标法;分析灰分质量分数时不能直接替代国标法,需要进行线性方程校正.

Abstract:With the aim to establish an accurate,rapid and cost-effective method for quantitative analysis of corncob's main chemical compositions(hemicellulose,cellulose,acid insoluble lignin and ash content),experiments for determining corncob's main chemical compositions content using the methods of Ma Xiaojian's,Wang Yuwan's and the new one based on this research in comparison with China National Standard method(CNSD) have been performed and its result data has been analyzed using statistical approach.A conclusion that the new method has been established successfully can be drawn: the new method can replace CNSD in terms of quantitative analysis of hemicellulose,cellulose and acid insoluble lignin content,at the same time linear regression equation between the new method and CNSD need to be used for correcting the value of the ash content determined using the new method.
