| 摘 要： | 随着生物技术的发展,生物技术已开始在食品领域中得到广泛运用,并以转基因食品的形式出现。由于转基因食品是由外源基因导入产生的,因此,人们从自身健康和生态环境两方面对转基因食品的安全性提出了疑问。
