超声波辅助制备高脱乙酰度壳聚糖

摘    要:以壳聚糖粗品(脱乙酰度65%)为原料,在二甲亚砜-氢氧化钠体系中运用超声波技术加速脱乙酰反应,制备了脱乙酰度达97.4%的壳聚糖,研究了相转移催化剂、NaOH、反应温度、反应时间对壳聚糖脱乙酰度的影响,并对壳聚糖产品进行了红外光谱分析。结果表明,超声波技术可以明显降低反应体系的温度,缩短反应时间,提高产品的脱乙酰度。

Abstract:Chitosan raw material with low degree of deacetylation(D.D.=65%) was used to prepare chitosan with high degree of deacetylation(97.4%) in a dimethylsulfoxide-NaOH system using ultrasound-assisted technology to accelerate the speed of deacetylation.The influences of phase transfer catalyzer, NaOH,reaction temperature and time were studied in this article.The chitosan products with different degree of deacetylation were analyzed by IR.It confirmed that ultrasonic technology was a useful method to reduce the reaction temperature,time,and increase the deacetylation degree.
