关于我国民营中小企业发展的若干问题思考

重视与支持中小企业发展是发达国家经济持续稳健发展的重要经验和国家战略，本文提出我国经济要稳步而健康地发展，必须鼓励与支持民营中小企业的发展。当前应从发挥民营中小企业比较优势、多方面解决企业融资难、认真解决民营企业合理待遇问题和培养高素质民营企业家着手，促使民营中小企业快速发展。

REFLECTION ON DEVELOPING CHINA'S CIVIL MEDIUM-AND-SMALL SIZED ENTERPRISE

It is the important experience and state strategy to support the mudium_and_small size business for the steady growth of economy in developed countries. This article pointed out that we should support the cicil medium_and_small size business development, so as to accelerate China's economy steady and safe expanding ,and that we should sustain the civil medium_and_small size business comparative advantage, cpoe with financial stress; train highter quality civil enterprisers, and develop the civil economy faster.
