摘    要:以大肠杆菌O157的stx1、stx2、wzy基因为靶基因,建立了一种新的多重PCR检测方法。PCR扩增结果与各参考菌株基因型一致。PCR结果表明,wzy基因特异性强,可作为检测O157菌株的标志基因,且为开发大肠杆菌O157的分子检测技术提供新的研究思路。

Abstract:A new multiplex PCR was developed to detect Escherichia coli O157 by the amplification of stx1,stx2 and wzy genes.It detected the presence of the three target genes in a manner consistent with the known genotype of each reference strain.The PCR amplification result demonstrated that wzy gene was O157 serotype specific,and could be used for the differentiation of O157 and non-O157 serotypes.This study offered a new method for the detection of Escherichia coli O157.
