| 摘 要： | 文章较为系统地分析了高等教育成本分担与补偿的理论基础及其对教育公平的影响，在此基础上对我国“主辅结合型”高等教育成本分担与补偿体制的基本框架作了初步探讨。

| Abstract: | The policy on the cost recovery of higher education is being paid much attention to when it is carried out. In this thesis, the theoretical foundation of the policy and its impacts upon educational equity are analyzed, and on the basis of the above, the framework of the multi-mechanisms of Chinese Higher Education Cost Recovery are discussed in order that educational equity can be promoted. |
