纳米碳酸钙/环氧树脂复合材料的研究

摘    要:研究了链锁形、球形和纺锤形3种形态的纳米碳酸钙增强增韧环氧树脂复合材料的力学性能及偶联刺预处理和超声波处理的复合材料的影响,结果表明:纳米CaCO3的偶联荆处理有效地提高了各组分的相容性及分散性,超声波处理进一步提高了分散程度;纳米CaCO3的添加使环氧树脂复合材料的拉伸强度和冲击强度同时得到了提高,尤其是链锁状纳米碳酸钙,当填充质量分数为1%时,拉伸强度和冲击强度达到最大值,分别提高了80.64%和129.46%;最后,SEM观察冲击断口证实:复合材料的牵拉结构致密,基体塑性变形更加明显,即材料得以增韧.

Abstract:The paper dealt with the mechanical properties of epoxy resin composite reinforced by nanometer calcium carbonate with three-shape of chain, sphere and spindle, and the effects of coupling agent and super-sound treatment. The results shown that the compatibility and dispersion of the components in the composite were both improved effectively by treating nano-CaCO_3 with coupling agent, and the further improvement of dispersion was contributed with super-sound; the tensile strength and impact strength were improved by adding nano-CaCO_3, at the same time, especially chain shape of nano-CaCO_3. When filling mass ratio is 1 %, the tensile strength and impact strength reached the biggest value, which increased by 80.64 % and 129.46 % respectively. Finally, impact fractography of SEM verified that the pull structure of the composite become denser and the plasticity deformation of the matrix became obviously, that was the material have reinforced.
