| 摘 要： | 介绿醇相法制备甘氨酸，用氯乙酸、氨、乌洛托品在醇相中制备甘氨酸，其甘氨酸最高收率为７８．８％，醇相法中乌洛托品用量是水相法的１／３，醇相法比水相法具有原料消耗低，生产周期短等优点。

| Abstract: | The preparation of glyrine by alcohol phase method was investigated. Chloroacetic acid, ammonia and urotropine reacted in alcoholic solution instead of in aqueous solution. The yield of glyrine was up to 78.8 %. The amount of urotropine by alcohol phase method was 1/3 as many as by water phase method. The present method has an advantage in lower consumption of raw material and shorter period of production. |
