数控铣床刀具实际轨迹的研究

摘    要:在进行工件轮廓加工时,若数控机床不具有刀具半径补偿功能,则在编程时确定刀具中心的轨迹较为困难、因此现代机床均具有刀具半径补偿功能.根据检索,目前国内各期刊均简单地说明刀具应进行偏置,对于命令的实际编程没有详细说明.根据实际操作结果及查阅的资料,对具有半径补偿时的刀具中心实际运行轨迹进行归纳,对于理解数控程序及在数控机床上进行工件装夹具有一定好处、

Abstract:It will be very difficult to define the tool path if the machine you are using without tool radius compensation when it machine the outline of a workpiece. So most machines have tool radius compensation at present. According to the result of literature searching,all the domestic journal simply introduced tools must deviate from the workpiece outline,but they did not tell how to use the order in actual program. On the base of results of process and collected materials, tool actual path was inducted in this article.This will be beneficial to understand NC program and hold workpiece on NC machines.
