摘    要:提出一种新型具有均匀流动分布的多流道片材机头的几何设计在熔体特征粘度相等的假定条件下,导出能保证熔体在机头幅宽上均布的流道长度计算公式.用PP进行实验室规模的挤出验证实验,实验结果表明:用这种形式机头可以获得厚度均匀的挤出片材。

Abstract:The design of a novel multi-flow channels sheeting die with uniform flow rate across the die width was presented. Lab scale experimental studies were carried out to test and verify the feasibility of the die. The experimental results show that there is excellent uniformity in the thickness of the PP sheet extruded through the 0.87 meter wide sheet die and the average residence time distribution of polymer melt across the die width ,which excels the T die in residence time uniformity, is a little not uniform.
