超声波强化液-固传质的机理研究

摘    要:探讨了超声波对液-固体系传质的影响.根据液-固体系的超声波空化特性,对超声波强化液-固传质的机理作了初步说明。指出超声波对液-固体系传质的影响归因于以下三个方面:(1)固体表面的清洗;(2)固体表面的侵蚀与剥蚀;(3)液体的微观搅动。超声波产主的传质强化作用与空化或声流现象有关.

Abstract:The effects of imposing ultrasound on mass transfer of liquid-solid system were discussed.According to specific property of ultrasonic cavitation of liquid-solld system,makea preliminary exposition on mechanisms of enhancing liquld-solid mass transfer with ultra-sound.Point to ultrasonlc infiuence on mass transfer of liquid-solid system can be consldered from three different respect :first,the cleaning of solid surface;second, the erosionand smash of solid surface;theird,the microscopic agitation of llquid.So any enhancement in mass transfer caused by ultrasound can be attrlbuted to the phenomena of cavitation or acoustic streaming.
