烷基修饰SBA-15的制备及药物缓释性能研究

摘    要:用水热法制备介孔分子筛SBA-15,用三甲基氯硅烷(Trimethylchlorosilane,TMCS)对介孔分子筛SBA-15进行烷基化修饰.然后将药物布洛芬(Ibu)组装到两种材料中,用XRD、FT-IR、N2吸附、TEM等表征方法对分子筛及药物组装体进行表征,测定组装体在人工肠液中的释放行为.结果显示:SBA-15经三甲基氯硅烷修饰后,孔径减小,但仍然具有规则排列的孔道结构.这两种材料的载药体系均能实现缓释.修饰后释药速率进一步减慢,且随着三甲基氯硅烷接枝量的增加释药速率减慢,可通过三甲基氯硅烷修饰量来调节释放速率.

Abstract:In this paper,mesoporous molecular sieve SBA-15 was synthesized by hydrothermal process.At the same time,modified SBA-15 was synthesized using the Trimethylchlorosilane as functional agent.The before and after modified SBA-15 were charactered by XRD,FT-IR,Nitrogen absorption and TEM.In order to control the drug loading and release profiles,ibuprofen was dissolved in the channel of SBA-15 and modified SBA-15.The results showed that the pore size slightly decreased and the hexagonal structure of SBA-15 was still maintained after Trimethylchlorosilane modification.The release rate decreased after modification with the increase amount of Trimethylchlorosilanel.
