| 摘 要： | 历史文化名城一般都保存了较完整的城市风貌，其独有的城镇景观的传统乡土文化是历史的结晶，面对时代的变迁，如何充分利用这一宝贵资源，在沿续其特有环境和风貌的同时保持自身活力，将是未来面临的共同决择．本文从居住环境整治出发，围绕建筑物更新与改造，基础设施的整顿与完善等几方面展开论述，希望探求一条古城发展的延续与持续共存之路．
