| Abstract: | The category of HV power cable oversheathing material was presented. The advantages and disadvantages of various materials were detailed analyzed from the mechanical properties, electrical properties, flame retardance and other aspects. In the process of selecting the type, users should choose most appropriate non-metallic oversheath with the best performance depending on the application environment, to ensure cable safe operation within the lifetime. |
