电线电缆绝缘电阻测试不确定度分析

摘    要:对电线电缆绝缘电阻直流比较法测试影响因素进行了分析,进而建立了不确定度模型,对测试的不确定度进行综合评定。首次采用了曲线拟合的方式求出温度系数,并提出了减小绝缘电阻测试不确定度的方法,对绝缘电阻测试有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:The factors of insulation resistance test which used DC comparative method are analyzed, and a model of uncertainty and achieved a comprehensive assessment about the uncertainty of the test is established. The authors first- ly utilized curve fitting manner to obtain temperature coefficient, and proposed some details for reducing the uncertainty of insulation resistance test. This work is a useful guide for insulation resistance test.
