导体直流电阻测量不确定度评定研究

测量不确定度是对测量结果的不可信程度或对测量结果有效性怀疑程度。本文建立了导体直流电阻测量不确定度的数学评价模型，结合测量结果给出合成不确定度，并对影响其测量不确定度的分量进行了简单的分析，并提出了改进测量的一些具体方法，对导体直流电阻的测量及其它测量不确定度的评定具有一定的借鉴意义。
