纳米复合粉体改性变频绝缘漆研制

摘    要:本文研究了纳米复合粉体提高漆包线绝缘漆耐变频性能的方法。采用高频老化实验对变频绝缘漆涂制的漆包线进行耐变频性能的测定。试验结果表明,纳米复合漆膜绝缘在变频电机中的使用寿命比普通漆膜绝缘提高7倍以上,且纳米颗粒分散工艺对绝缘漆的性能影响较大,文中还对纳米材料提高绝缘漆耐变频性能的机理进行了初步探讨。

Abstract:In this paper,the authors investigated the method to improve the variable frequency resistance of enamel by a composite nano-powder.The variable frequency ageing was used to determine the variable frequency resistance of enamle wire coated with the variable frequency resistant enamel.The result showed that compared with the traditional enamel wire,the variable frequency resistant enamel wire had above 7 times service life in the variable frequency motors and that the nano-powder dispersion process had a major impact on the performance of the enamel.The author also made an initial investigation on the mechanism of the nano-powder in the improvement in the variable frequency resistance of enamel.
