摘    要:传统的110 kV交联电缆外护层制造工艺,是将沥青防腐层、非金属外护套、石墨涂层分为两道工序生产,浪费了大量的人力和物力。本文介绍了一种新的制造工艺,即将涂覆沥青防腐层、挤包非金属外护套、印字及涂覆导电层等工序有机地结合起来一次完成,可提高生产率、节约原材料并降低产品的成本。

Abstract:In the traditional process to make the outer sheath in 110 kV XLPE cables,the asphalt corrosion resistant layer,non-metallic outer covering and graphite coating are made in two steps,which is not economical.This paper presents a new process in which the coating of asphalt,extrusion of non-metallic outer covering and marking/coating of conductive graphite are done in one step.The new process has the advantages of improved productivity,raw materials reduction and production cost reduction.
