摘    要:通过差示扫描量热法热分析技术,研究了110kV交联聚乙烯绝缘电缆绝缘层的聚集态结构。发现电缆工艺中的热过程和热历史会造成超高压交联电缆绝缘层各部分结晶形态分布的不同,中层聚集态结构均匀性较好,内层、外层结晶程度低于中层;材料的熔融热焓ΔHm能敏感地反映其结晶形态差异。用热处理前后ΔHm的变化量来判断内应力消除效果应比用测定常规物理机械性能变化量更合理。

Abstract:The crystalline morphology of XLPE insulation on 110 kV power cables was investigated using differential scanning calorimeter(DSC). The results show that the heating process and thermal history may cause different crystalline morphology distribution in different layers of the insulation. The crystalline in the inner and outer layer is lower than that in the intermediated layer. The melting enthalpy ΔH_m of materials reflects sensitively the difference in crystalline morphology. It is more reasonable to use the variation in ΔH_m before and after the process to estimate the effect of the stress relief in the inner layer than to use the variation in general mechanical and physical properties.
