| 摘 要： | 在气候变化、资源制约的背景下，电力能源与智能电网的发展成为倍受关注的问题。从东北地区的能源资源禀赋入手，逐步分析资源分布对电源结构以及电网结构的影响，阐述了影响东北地区电力系统中长期发展战略的基本问题。

| Abstract: | On the background of climate change and resource constraints, the development of electric power and smart grid attracts more attention. The article starting from the energy resources of northeast region, analyzes the resource distribution of power structure and the influence of the grid structure, elaborates on the basic problems that influencing the development strategy of northeast power grid. |
