大型直接空冷机组真空系统查漏方法

摘    要:直接空冷机组真空系统的严密性对机组供电煤耗的影响非常大,一直被发电企业高度重视。采取何种措施提高机组真空系统的严密性迫在眉睫。在空冷机组真空系统常规查漏的基础上,提出了一种新的真空系统查漏方法——正压密闭充压查漏法,并在霍林河坑口发电有限责任公司2号机组成功应用,为机组类似问题的处理提供参考。

Abstract:The tightness of directed air-cooled unit vacuum system is very important to power generation eompainies, because it has a great influence on coal consumption of power supply units. The problem what measures and means are taken to improve the tightness of vacuum system has been discussed and expected by every generation company. Based on the conventional leakage detecting method of air-cooled unit vacuum system, this paper proposed a new leakage detecting method--positive pressure close pressurized leakage meth- od, which has been used successfully to No. 2. unit of Huolinhe Kengkou Power Generation Company. It is may be a reference in sol- ving similar problems.
